Food Safety
Recent events in the produce industry brought to attention the necessity for strict food safety standards and enforcement. Since 1981, London Fruit has continued to revise and improve our system of traceability from our growers’ field to our customers’ facility.

- In 2006, London Fruit became affiliated with Primus Labs certification process to ensure quality control. Currently, we are rated at 99 percent.

- Each product is held in a designated cold room, maintained specifically to suit the fruit’s needs so that the ripening process remains consistent.

- Our cold rooms use NASA-developed AiroCide PPT® Technology, reducing 95 percent of all airborne mold and fungi and100 percent of airborne bacteria.
